Meet Our Groomers!
Katie Felleti-Groomer and Owner
Katie has been working with dogs for her entire life. In fact her very firs job at 13 was at the boarding kennel down the road. And from that moment on, she has always been working with dogs!
She enrolled in the Paragon School of Grooming where she finished the program with the highest score of the time in 2004. She immediately started working for Pet Services. In 2018, she fulfilled her goal of purchasing and taking over the business.! After some rebranding and remodeling PS Grooming was born! She has also discovered that she likes training people how to groom as much as grooming the dogs! Katie lives right here in Paddock Lake with her family!
Kelly Eichstaedt- Groomer
Kelly also got her passion for dogs early working in shelters and designating many of her earlier years to rescues and promoting dog behavior and health education. Kelly first joined our team as a groomer technician and assistant. She quickly took an interest in learning to groom. So, Katie decided to see if she could train someone how to groom and after about 6 months of on-the-job training, learning our safety guidelines and high-quality standards we declared her officially a groomer She has been grooming here now for 2 years, with many very happy dogs and owners!
Lauren Gabriel- Groomer
Lauren G was a hairdresser for 23 years and decided that she would just rather work with animals! She took an apprenticeship at a groomer near her home and knew grooming was a much better fit for her! After a couple years of grooming at the local grooming shop, she wanted to expand her skills and knowledge and work in a different environment, and since she and Katie were friends when they were younger, she made a call and is now a part of our team! She loves grooming doodles, so she is an excellent fit!
Lauren Wells- Groomer Technician
Lauren W is pretty sure her love for dogs started the day she was born! And after 14 years of begging her parents, she got her very first dog Lola! In high school she started training Lola at WAG Agility center and really fell in love with working with dogs! She received her degree from Carol University in Animal Behavior and decided to learn to groom. at first just because it looked fun and then fell in love with it! She enrolled and finished her courses at Midwest School of Pet Grooming, and is now training under Katie to be a groomer here!
